Heartstone Communities acquired Colonial Hills MHC in April, 2021. At the time of acquisition, the landscape was defined by 26 existing homes amidst the potential of 77 home sites. Our commitment to revitalization commenced with repairing 13 homes from the existing structures, while the other 13 faced a dignified farewell through careful demolition.

Two years in the making
Over the subsequent 22 months, our vision unfolded through meticulous planning and dedicated effort. The landscape witnessed a complete overhaul as we rebuilt infrastructure, fortified baseline utilities, and laid the foundations for progress. The result? A proud ensemble of 64 brand-new homes, each a testament to our unwavering commitment to progress and prosperity.

Community focused approach
As we enter into Phase 2, the final stages of engineering herald a new chapter for Colonial Hills MHC. An additional 75 family homes are ready to land in this community, bringing the total to over 150 homes for families in the Mansfield area. This expansion is not merely about numbers; it is a promise fulfilled to provide more than just residences – it's about creating vibrant communities that thrive.
